Bottle #2 is the last bottle of our first and limited release single malt whisky. This really is something special. It has fruit and floral notes with a distinctive underlying malt character. The Whisky has retained the very pleasant front notes through the aging process so often lost. It also has plenty to offer and explore in the mid and back palate. We've chosen to bottle the first release at 45%ABV as that’s where we feel it really shines. This whisky will add something unique and special to your collection. Perfect sipped straight, over ice, or add your favourite mixer for a longer taste experience. You might just want to lock this one away. Bottle #2 was the first publicly available bottle of our first release of 20 bottles, with bottle 1 retained by the distillery for posterity.
