A look ahead at what’s in the works. 

Craft spirits take time, and some take lots and lots of time. Because we get excited about what’s coming, we thought we’d share what we’ve working on and share the excitement and anticipation with you. 

We’re also open to ideas. If you have a favourite we don’t currently make, just let us know and we’ll see what we can do. Two of our current range of Liqueurs are customer requests. 

Grape Brandy 

With Mum’s favourite being brandy, a brandy was almost a non negotiable. This Brandy has been on oak for two and a half years and it’s looking promising. We’re keeping a very close eye on this one to pick the perfect time and proof. You know it will be good, because it’s for Mum.
