Tamworth’s very own White Lightning. Tamworth Country Moonshine is a Moonshine made from a corn "sweet mash", un-aged and bottled at a traditional 100 proof (50%ABV). 

Tasting notes.

As it hits your tongue it will lure you into a false sense of security. Then comes the bold mid palate with a smooth, sweet corn and berry backbone that’s as comforting as it is strong. Next it will remind you it’s 100 proof, don't say we didn’t warn you. A little creamy, but just enough to take the edge off. It finishes warm but smooth, unexpected sweetness that sneaks up on you, still with a hint of peppery spice.
